2017 Mercedes-Benz GLA facelift to launch

                           Benz Mercedes Benz
Mercedes is geared up to bring the updated GLA SUV to the Indian market with a launch scheduled for July 5, 2017.
The new Mercedes-Benz GLA carries the same body-shell because it is a facelift, but it also gets a redesigned fascia for a fresher look. The bumper looks chiselled and now gets fog lamp recesses while the twin-horizontal slat grille gets hollow blocks like the bigger SUVs. The headlamps get an all LED unit like the A-Class. The new GLA gets peripheral cladding to add brawn to its rather petite dimensions.
From inside, the dashboard design has been tweaked with a bit of chrome to make the cabin more premium than before. The GLA will continue to have all the bells and whistles of the current car with the added probability of a 360 degree camera to this list.
Under the hood, the GLA might have the new 2.0-litre diesel engine debut in the compact SUV. It will also continue to get the 2.0-litre petrol engine with the seven-speed dual clutch automatic gearbox.
For the international markets, the GLA gains a new range-topper called Yellow Night Edition. It comes with black exterior paint, yellow highlights and sits on alloy wheels wearing the same colour scheme. Artico leather and Dinamica microfibre material wrap the seats of Yellow Night Edition cars and are joined by an AMG Performance steering wheel in the cabin. Door sills, floor mats and air outlets are also finished with yellow highlights.
The refreshed GLA will rival the likes of the BMW X1 and the Audi Q3
